Lawrence Wesley is Chief Executive Officer and a Director at VantageCrypto, Inc. In this role, Wesley, 46, oversees the strategic direction of the Florida-based, crypto services and solutions company. His responsibilities include developing the company’s growth and market-aligned initiatives, fostering new business and industrial partnerships, enhancing VantageCrypto’s global presence and providing functional support to the Product Managers. With its offerings of an entire eco-system of sites and services, VantageCrypto seeks to develop and provide cryptocurrency specific information and interfaces that are not found anywhere else in the market. Wesley became Chief Executive Officer and a Director in March 2018.

Until March 2018, Wesley served as an Account Delivery Executive at Microsoft Corporation where he was responsible for overseeing service delivery resources, account delivery direction and profitability for the US Army Potomac Services portfolio as well as several other organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD). In this role, he provided effective thought leadership and kept a focus on driving overall customer satisfaction whilst ensuring services revenue, growth & profitability.

Earlier, Wesley served as Director, Civilian Programs at Digital Management, Inc. where he supported the company’s government segment. In this role, Wesley focused on providing critical IT program management leadership to a portfolio of federal agencies across a variety of transformative Information Technology (IT) programs and initiatives. Over the past 20 years, Wesley, who is a combat veteran and currently serves as a Signal Officer in the US Army Reserves, has compiled program and people management experience at the strategic, operational and tactical levels centered on progressively increasing responsibility in leading and managing organizations to achieve mission-based performance goals. He has held a number of program management and engineering positions in support of both the federal and defense businesses.

A native of Louisiana, Wesley holds a master’s degree in business administration (summa cum laude) with a concentration in IT Project Management from Strayer University as well as a master's degree in Government Information Systems (CIO concentration) from the National Defense University. He received his bachelor’s deg
